About Vivienne Calvert

Counsellor & Psychotherapist in Rose Park, South Australia and Online

I am a former primary school teacher, business manager, and pastoral care leader, and these roles have given me rich experience in creating safe and supportive spaces for genuine connection and vulnerability. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I have spent many years nurturing meaningful relationships, and I love welcoming friends and family into my home. For my own wellbeing, I value regular strength training and social connection, and I enjoy walking my two cavoodles daily with my neighbours in the beautiful foothills of Adelaide.

My warm demeanour helps cultivate a sense of hope in the face of grief and life’s challenges. I have a heart for encouraging women to build resilience and overcome fears, while nurturing the practice of self‑compassion.

Using a person‑centred approach, I offer a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood amidst a hurried world that often feels too busy for your troubles. Through a trauma‑informed lens, I hold space for suffering while bringing hope. Together, we will find a way forward – navigating emotions and memories, bringing meaning to your experience, and exploring the miracle of continued bonds, even after death, to move your life toward healing and growth.

Within a holistic and strength‑based approach, I support you to broaden your perspective and discover new possibilities you may not have considered before. We will work to align your habits with your health, supporting optimal physical, mental and emotional outcomes.

I offer in-person appointments from my Rose Park clinic on Mondays, online sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays and outdoor therapy sessions in Thorndon Park, for people who enjoy nature. Please contact us today for more information on which service would best suit your needs.

White Lily Counselling

The white lily is symbolic of sacredness, renewal, and compassion. It reminds us that even in loss, there is space for growth and new beginnings. At White Lily Counselling, this symbol reflects the heart of my practice – honouring grief while nurturing resilience and hope.
