Counselling offers immediate relief and guidance, while psychotherapy explores the roots of distress.
In-person counselling sessions are available on Mondays from 9am – 5pm
Location
50 Kensington Road, Rose Park
Car parking is found around the back via Eliza Lane.
Online services are available on Wednesdays and Fridays, by appointment only.
Nature therapy sessions are available in Thorndon Park on Wednesdays and Fridays, by appointment only.
Payment & Booking Policy
Session Fee
- $125 per hour for all services
Payment Method
- PayWave payment required before your first session
If you need help with the payment process, feel free to reach out.
Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer your time to someone else who may need support.
As counselling time is carefully scheduled, the following policy applies:
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur the full session fee.
This helps keep the service accessible and respectful for everyone.
